Orin Swift PapillonAn intense ink with a garnet rim, the wine opens with powerful aromatics of cassis, ripe boysenberry, and chaparral with hints of graphite, sage, fire-roasted meats and fresh brioche. The entry floods the palate with ripe dark fruit flavors of blackberry and black cherries as well as fresh minerality and a touch of kir and crème de menthe. With traces of tannin, the wine finishes with a lingering sweet licorice and a smooth acidity. Overall, this vintage of Papillon truly characterizes the theme-bold and massive yet also delicate and complex.
Wente Vineyards Morning Fog ChardonnayBright and crisp flavors of pear, melon, citrus and green apple are balanced by subtle hints of toasty oak, and vanilla from barrel aging. With mouth-filling body, lingering minerality and balanced acidity, this wine delivers a long, refreshing finish.
Shebang Red Tenth CuvéeThe informing impulse behind Shebang is to create a wine that is long on deliciousness and low on pretense. We do this by vinifying the wines with the same care and love as the higher end Bedrock wines- picking at respectable sugar levels (not too high!), using only native yeast fermentations, and a trace of good French oak to round things out.
Chateau St. Jean North Coast Chardonnay
Beringer Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2014Not only has Knights Valley proved an exemplary producer of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc, it has also an excellent combination of terrain, microclimates and soils for a variety of experiments in viticulture that inform Beringer's finest wines and will continue to do so for vintages to come.
Bedrock Wine Co. Old Vine Zinfandel 2015#12 in the 2017
Cherry Pie Pinot Noir 2015The 2015 Cherry Pie Pinot Noir jumps from the glass with aromas of raspberry, nutmeg, sandalwood and light smokiness, lifted by a floral note. Silky and delicate up front, with ripe acidity framing the rich, sweet flavors of red berries, and finishing with red cherry and earth.
Bedrock Wine Co. The Bedrock Heritage Sonoma Red 2016This is the wine I started the winery to make. From vines planted by Senator George Hearst in 1888, this is the geographic and viticultural center of everything else we do. 2016 is one of my favorite Bedrock Heritage wines to date, as I tend to prefer vintages that are less about immediate fruit intensity and ripeness and more in line with the old-school "California Claret" these vines were originally planted to make. This wine is more in line with the 2013 than the 2008 or 2015. The wine, a blend of the 27 varieties interplanted at our family's vineyard is roughly 50% Zinfandel, 20% Carignan, 4% Mataro with the reminder being everything else found in the field. The rocky site yielded a small amount of dense and balanced fruit and as always this wine features the savory, spice-infused character of Sonoma Valley. This wine will last a long time and decanting is highly recommended if consuming in the next few years. I have had a few of the more recent vintage wines that really show nicely after 12-24 hours of double-decanting-there is a lot of goodness coiled in this one.

Ornellaia Le Volte 20152015 was one those years that every winemaker dreams of having at least once in his career. The balanced season with a warm and sunny summer, but with a cool, dry weather during the harvest produced wines that perfectly denote the seasonal trend. Rarely do we find a perfect balance between the various components of the wine, from the deep ruby colour, to the crisp and fresh fruity hints with an ideally meaty texture, supported by silky, smooth tannins, devoid of any harsh edge.
Francis Ford Coppola Diamond Series Black Label ClaretOur prize offering, the ultra premium Claret, sports a label that honors the first Cabernet Sauvignon blended in a Bordeaux style by Gustave Niebaum in 1910. Claret is a term originally coined by the British to describe Cabernet-based wines. This Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc blend is alluring and sophisticated; it is memorably lush with a tapestry of smooth tannins and succulent flavors of wild berries, plum and anise. Borrowing tradition of European wineries, we add gold netting to bottle to signify outstanding quality of wine.
Santa Margherita Pinot GrigioThis dry white wine has a straw yellow color. Its clean, intense aroma and bone-dry taste (with an appealing flavor of Golden Delicious apples) make Santa Margherita's Pinot Grigio a wine of great personality and versatility. Food matchings: Excellent as an aperitif, and ideal with seafood salads or pasta and rice dishes based on fish and shellfish. Also perfect with white meats, boiled or grilled fish and soufflés.

WhistlePig Straight Rye Whiskey 10 year oldWhistlePig Straight Rye Whiskey is a 100 proof, 100 percent rye whiskey, aged for a minimum of ten years in oak barrels. The whiskey was discovered by Master Distiller Dave Pickerell, who spent over a year on an exhaustive search of North America for the best rye whiskey, and he believes that it embodies the perfect combination of proof, percent, and age -- hitting what he calls "the sweet spot" in all three categories. WhistlePig Straight Rye Whiskey is hand bottled at the WhistlePig Farm Distillery in Shoreham, Vermont.
Sheep Dip Islay Blended Malt Scotch WhiskySheep Dip's Islay Blended Malt Whisky is a unique blend of several single Islay malt whiskies, all of them distilled and matured on the southernmost Hebridean Island of Islay, one of Scotland's oldest centers of distilling. Its typical smoky character is derived from drying the barley over a traditional peat, prior to distilling. You will notice the distinctive presence of iodine, seaweed and salt which comes from its long maturation in oak barrels next to the Atlantic ocean. When drinking, add a small splash of spring water to open up all this whisky has to offer.
Stranahan's Colorado WhiskeyWhile we maintain the quality and base standards of each batch, no two batches are precisely the same. Every barrel is unique and imparts it's own characteristics onto the final product. Hints of caramel, vanilla, dark chocolate and fresh-sawn oak are just a few of the notes that resonate in each batch. These steadfast characteristics embody the unique character, flavor and style of the original Stranahan's whiskey.
Laphroaig Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky 10 year oldIn making Laphroaig, malted barley is dried over a peat fire. The smoke from this peat, found only on Islay, gives Laphroaig its particularly rich flavour. Those enjoying the 10 Year Old will first notice the bold, smoky taste, followed by a hint of seaweed and a surprising sweetness. This full-bodied variant is the foundation of all Laphroaig expressions and comes with a long finish.
Highland Park Single Malt Scotch Whisky 12 year oldMade from the best barley malted over burning peat from the distillery-owned Hobbister Moor; merged with waters from our own source, the Cattie Maggie spring; and aged in casks for a minimum of twelve years that shape its rare and very distinctive character.
Jack Daniel's Black Label Old No. 7 1.75LWe do things a little differently around here - and that's what gives Jack Daniel's its distinctive character. We charcoal mellow our whiskey drop by drop, then let it age in our own handcrafted barrels. And we don't follow a calendar. Our Tennessee Sippin' Whiskey is ready only when our tasters say it is. We use our senses, just like Jack Daniel himself did. In fact, more than a century later, our Tennessee Whiskey is still judged the same way. By the way it looks. By the way it smells. And, of course, by the way it tastes.
Sauza Hornitos Reposado 1.75LA fresh aroma of fruit and wood leads into complex yet perky flavors of sweet pear and spice, with a warm, oaky finish. Reposado's sophistication makes it perfect for drinking straight, but its spritzy zest also gives it limitless mixing possibilities.

Maker's Mark Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky 1.75LWe believe Maker's Mark is the only bourbon distillery to use pure, iron-free limestone spring water exclusively, not city, well or river water. Our source is a 10-acre limestone spring-fed lake at the distillery. We are very choosy about selecting the grains that go into our whisky. First, we use yellow corn and red winter wheat from specially selected small farm cooperatives, all of which are located within the limestone geology near the distillery. This wheat gives our whisky its soft, mellow taste. And we only use naturally malted barley (that has no enzyme enhancing gibberellic acid). When our grain is delivered, we check it from top to bottom. If it does not meet our rigid standards the shipment is not accepted. And this really does happen from time to time. We are among the few remaining bourbon distillers that propagates its own yeast for fermentation with cultures that we can trace back to the pre-prohibition era. We also use the traditional sour mash method, similar to making sourdough bread, where we always leave over some culture from one batch to start another. Our rare cypress fermentation tanks are historically irreplaceable. Some of the planks are more than 100 years old. Cypress was chosen for fermentation before modern stainless steel was available because it didn't contribute iron or taste to the final product. While we don't believe that cypress affects the process in any way, we continue to use some of these fermenters to give our visitors a sense of how the process used to look. Maker's Mark is currently the only operating bourbon distillery to make whisky in batches of less than 19 barrels -- the traditional standard for small-batch whisky.

Laws Whiskey House A.D. Laws Four Grain Straight Bourbon WhiskeyA four grain Bourbon must follow all the rules of a Bourbon, but it contains all three typical flavor grains that accentuate the corn base: barley, wheat and rye. To achieve such an uncommon expression of bourbon takes skill. These four "American mother grains" are painstakingly combined in exacting ratio in our cooker coming together to create a highly complex and flavorful whiskey. The results showcase the flavor of each grain without compromising balance. We slowly distill our four grain sour mash to coax out the delicate spirit. Whiskey with this level of character can only be made by hand. Again, no shortcuts. Yes, Four Grain Straight Bourbon is a more difficult whiskey to make, but it is well worth it.
WhistlePig The Boss Hog 3rd Edition Single Barrel Rye Whiskey 14 year oldThe name says it all. This is our biggest, most profound whiskey. For the Boss Hog in us all. Made with 100% Rye, this 3rd Edition of Boss Hog, The Independent, is a celebration of the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation. Triple-barreled in New American Oak, and then spent Bourbon casks, it goes on to be the first Rye Whiskey ever finished in Hogshead barrels: 250 liter Scotch casks, some of the largest barrels in the business, which were comprehensively refitted with new American oak heads. With only 30 barrels produced at an average of 125 proof, this edition of Boss Hog is extremely rare. The result is extraordinary. A fine balance between rippling power and delicate nuance. There's nothing else like it. Nose: Oak and vanilla are predominant on the nose, with undertones of mint, caramel and baking spice. Palate: Warm and bold, with lots of spices. Very faint hints of peat and smoke. Slightly earthy.

Balvenie DoubleWood Single Malt Scotch Whisky 12 year oldThe Balvenie DoubleWood is a 12 year old Single Malt which gains its Distinctive Character from being matured in two woods. During its period of maturation The Balvenie DoubleWood is transferred from a Traditional Oak whisky cask to a First Fill Spanish Oak Sherry cask. Each stage lends different qualities to the resulting single malt- the traditional casks, having previously held Bourbon, soften and add character, whilst the Sherry Wood brings depth and fullness of flavour. Nose: Sweet fruit and oloroso sherry notes, layered with honey and vanilla. Taste: A smooth and mellow single malt of beautifully combined flavours - nutty sweetness, cinnamon spiciness and a delicately proportioned layer of sherry - with a long and warming finish.
