Laws Whiskey House A.D. Laws Four Grain Straight Bourbon WhiskeyA four grain Bourbon must follow all the rules of a Bourbon, but it contains all three typical flavor grains that accentuate the corn base: barley, wheat and rye. To achieve such an uncommon expression of bourbon takes skill. These four "American mother grains" are painstakingly combined in exacting ratio in our cooker coming together to create a highly complex and flavorful whiskey. The results showcase the flavor of each grain without compromising balance. We slowly distill our four grain sour mash to coax out the delicate spirit. Whiskey with this level of character can only be made by hand. Again, no shortcuts. Yes, Four Grain Straight Bourbon is a more difficult whiskey to make, but it is well worth it.
WhistlePig Straight Rye Whiskey 10 year oldWhistlePig Straight Rye Whiskey is a 100 proof, 100 percent rye whiskey, aged for a minimum of ten years in oak barrels. WhistlePig Straight Rye Whiskey is hand bottled at the WhistlePig Farm Distillery in Shoreham, Vermont.

Jack Daniel's Black Label Old No. 7 1.75LWe do things a little differently around here - and that's what gives Jack Daniel's its distinctive character. We charcoal mellow our whiskey drop by drop, then let it age in our own handcrafted barrels. And we don't follow a calendar. Our Tennessee Sippin' Whiskey is ready only when our tasters say it is. We use our senses, just like Jack Daniel himself did. In fact, more than a century later, our Tennessee Whiskey is still judged the same way. By the way it looks. By the way it smells. And, of course, by the way it tastes.
Sauza Hornitos Reposado 1.75LA fresh aroma of fruit and wood leads into complex yet perky flavors of sweet pear and spice, with a warm, oaky finish. Reposado's sophistication makes it perfect for drinking straight, but its spritzy zest also gives it limitless mixing possibilities.

Maker's Mark Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky 1.75LWe believe Maker's Mark is the only bourbon distillery to use pure, iron-free limestone spring water exclusively, not city, well or river water. Our source is a 10-acre limestone spring-fed lake at the distillery. We are very choosy about selecting the grains that go into our whisky. First, we use yellow corn and red winter wheat from specially selected small farm cooperatives, all of which are located within the limestone geology near the distillery. This wheat gives our whisky its soft, mellow taste. And we only use naturally malted barley (that has no enzyme enhancing gibberellic acid). When our grain is delivered, we check it from top to bottom. If it does not meet our rigid standards the shipment is not accepted. And this really does happen from time to time. We are among the few remaining bourbon distillers that propagates its own yeast for fermentation with cultures that we can trace back to the pre-prohibition era. We also use the traditional sour mash method, similar to making sourdough bread, where we always leave over some culture from one batch to start another. Our rare cypress fermentation tanks are historically irreplaceable. Some of the planks are more than 100 years old. Cypress was chosen for fermentation before modern stainless steel was available because it didn't contribute iron or taste to the final product. While we don't believe that cypress affects the process in any way, we continue to use some of these fermenters to give our visitors a sense of how the process used to look. Maker's Mark is currently the only operating bourbon distillery to make whisky in batches of less than 19 barrels -- the traditional standard for small-batch whisky.

Balvenie DoubleWood Single Malt Scotch Whisky 12 year oldThe Balvenie DoubleWood is a 12 year old Single Malt which gains its Distinctive Character from being matured in two woods. During its period of maturation The Balvenie DoubleWood is transferred from a Traditional Oak whisky cask to a First Fill Spanish Oak Sherry cask. Oskar Blues Dale's Pale Ale 12 pack 12ozDale's Pale Ale is our flagship beer and America's first hand-canned craft beer. It's an assertive but deftly balanced beer (somewhere between an American pale ale and an India Pale Ale) brewed with hefty amounts of European malts and American hops. It features a merengue-like head, a copper color, and a hoppy nose, thanks to a big post-boil addition of Centennial hops. To complement its hoppy first impression, Dale's also sports a rich middle of malts and hops, and a bracing finish. Dale's is 6.5% alcohol by volume, and features 65 International Bittering Units. We think of it as the perfect, everyday beer for hopheads like us. Dale's Pale Ale's rich flavor has helped us make many new fans, and its numerous honors have helped us kick huge holes in the misconceptions regarding cans.
